What to Expect:
The Integration (15m): The class concludes with Yoga Nidra (guided deep relaxation), allowing the physical benefits of the practice to settle into the cellular level, leaving you feeling revitalized and centered.
The Awakening (15m): We begin with Pranayama (breathwork) to focus the internal gaze and gentle joint mobilization to prepare the body for movement.
The Fire (25m): Flow through rhythmic Surya Namaskar (Sun Salutations) to build natural body heat, improving flexibility and cardiovascular health.
