Our mission is to spread to create wellness to everyone of the healthy living, peace, health and joy, which can be achieved through yoga, sidhha and Ayurvadic Treatment. how yoga leads an individual to a healthy body and lifestyle, and also how yogic philosophy can help in maintaining a peaceful mind and a serene spirit. the curriculum also integrates yoga asana, pranayama and relaxation practices on a daily basis to bring balance into the practice and to make way for the body and mind to be ready for meditation sessions. For asana practices, our school focus on Hatha Yoga and Ashtanga, Yin, Yoga styles of asana.

We follow a tight daily schedule to ensure that our students get the most out of yoga teachings and practices during this short Yoga retreat’s program. It is encouraged to take full rest every night by sleeping early as part of your practice and to maintain health and focus throughout the program.
