Wheel Yoga

“yoga wheel” or “yoga wheel practice,” is a modern yoga practice that incorporates the use of a specialized prop known as a yoga wheel, a hollow, circular-shaped prop that can be used for stretching and releasing the muscles of the back, neck and shoulder. It is also used to perform challenging balance postures. It is used as a supportive tool to enhance and deepen yoga poses and stretches. Wheel yoga can be practiced by individuals of various skill levels, from beginners to experienced yogis.
