We welcome you to join our Yoga Retreat’s Thavathiru, This 7 Days Yoga Retreat give you the opportunity to live in a spiritual environment and practice yoga alongside holiday activities like Surfing and local sightseeing. Our mission is to spread to create wellness to everyone of the healthy living, peace, health and joy, which can be achieved through yoga, sidhha and Ayurvadic Treatment. how yoga leads an individual to a healthy body and lifestyle, and also how yogic philosophy can help in maintaining a peaceful mind and a serene spirit. the curriculum also integrates yoga asana, pranayama and relaxation practices on a daily basis to bring balance into the practice and to make way for the body and mind to be ready for meditation sessions. For asana practices, our school focus on Hatha Yoga and Ashtanga, Yin, Yoga styles of asana

We follow a tight daily schedule to ensure that our students get ready for classes; It is encouraged to take full rest every night by sleeping early as part of your practice and to maintain health and focus throughout the program.

thavathiruyoga objectives are an ecological life style, organic nutrition, positive health, wellness, spiritual practice and retreats, les-paplillons campus features sustainable infrastructure, alternative energy (principally solar),organic garden, orchard and kitchen, and facilities for our retreat such us a big shala and props and mats.
